Order Bonus Program
For every $100 you spend with us, you will earn 10 FREE Books in the form of our pre-built Partner Packs: a collection of 10 different titles covering ages Birth to 5 Years (bilingual version available). If you are not interested in free books, you can opt instead to take 5% off your order total.

Booklists are an online tool that can help you compile, organize and save products for future reference, such as frequently ordered items or "wishlist" items. Easily build lists for multiple sites to make your order process quick and efficient.
To create a Booklist from the Order Tools dropdown - Hover your mouse over the Order Tools link in the global navigation dropdown menu in the header, then click My Booklists. If you do not have any booklists, you will be prompted to create a new booklist. If you already have a book list(s) created from a previous session, click on the Create New Booklist button and follow the prompts.
To create a Booklist or add items to a Booklist from a Product Detail Page - Click on the Add to Booklist button to the right of the product description. Click Add New Booklist to a create a new booklist with the selected item.

Our Quick Add feature allows you to plug in the item numbers you want in our webstore, set your order quantity, and add them to your Shopping Cart without needing to navigate to another page. Perfect for customers who like to shop for books using the Catalog but place their orders online.
Scheduled (Just-In-Time) Shipping
Place an order now and schedule it to ship when you need it. You can split up your order into 4 different ship dates throughout the year. To set up your Scheduled Shipping order, contact Customer Service to request our Scheduled Shipping Order Form in Excel format or have one of our sales account managers coordinate your shipments for you. With scheduled shipments, you will be invoiced after your shipment has left our warehouse unless otherwise specified.
Perfect for customers with limited storage space for books, you can place an order and we will store it for free and ship upon request. Best of all, there is no time limit on how long you would like us to store your books and we won't bill you for your books until they are shipped from our warehouse.

Custom Book Labelling
If you are looking to brand the books you distribute with your organization's mark, then our Custom Book Labelling service is an excellent resource. For a modest handling fee per book, we can make sure every book you give away displays your organization's uniquely branded stickers. Whether you provide the stickers to us or we design and print them using our in-house designers, we'll make sure your message always gets across. Custom Shipping Reports
For customers with orders shipping to multiple locations, we can send shipment tracking emails to each site contact as well as a comprehensive shipping report so you are always in the know and ready to field inquiries from your network of literacy providers. This service comes standard for all Multi-Site Book Distribution Orders.
In an effort to save paper, all invoices will be emailed within 24-48 business hours after shipment to the billing contact(s) specified on your order. If you wish to have your invoices mailed or mailed and emailed, you can set your preference on the Billing page at checkout (for specific orders).
If you need to have your invoice dated and/or delivered by a specific date, regardless of the status of your order, please set the Invoice Required By field on the Billing page at checkout (for web orders), in the Billing Instructions space (for spreadsheet/PDF orders), or contact Customer Service.
Invoice Back Dating
If you need your invoice back dated for accounting purposes, please indicate this in the Billing Instructions space (for spreadsheet/PDF orders), on the Billing page at checkout (for web orders), or by contacting Customer Service.
Custom, Consolidated, and Pro-Forma Invoicing
We can consolidate billing for items from multiple orders into one invoice, format invoices to suit your particular organization's requirements, and/or pre-bill you for orders not yet placed using a Pro-Forma Invoice. To request any of these special services, please contact Customer Service.
Prepaid accounts allow customers to deposit money into their All About Books account to be used at a later date. Benefits of using a prepaid account include:
- Bypass any internal administrative fees charged on fundraising efforts
- Avoid dealing with invoices and payments
- Spend out remaining grants without needing to commit to a purchase
- Easily distribute funds and track spending in multiple locations
- No setup or maintenance fees
- No expiration dates (no "use it or lose it")
- Complete control over adding, using or removing funds at your own convenience
