COVID-19 Response and Impact

Here at All About Books, our priority is for the safety and well-being of our employees. Our office staff continues to work from home to protect against COVID-19. In our warehouse, we have also implemented safety measures for the staff, including PPE and separate shifts to limit contact. As a result, there may be some delays in normal order processing time. You will receive your order confirmations within 24 hours, as usual, and we will keep you updated on the status of your order. If you need your books to arrive by a specific date, please let us know in the order notes, via email, or by calling and we will do what we can to make those arrangements.

In addition to the changes in daily operation we have made, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused disturbances in the supply chain worldwide. From the paper supply, to the output of our foreign and domestic printers, to the disruption of transportation of books over sea and over land to our warehouse. We are experiencing issues in restocking our books and maintaining our normal high levels of inventory.

Our Sales Account Managers will let you know of any backorders or out of stock items that may be on your order and work with you to find a suitable in stock replacement. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our team and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
